OUR QUALITY POLICY:

  • Our aim is to manufacture the highest quality products at competitive rates.
  • Our most important product is quality. We will not control the quality, we will produce the quality.
  • Quality is culture of our company. We will constantly improve it.
  • Every employee in our company is a customer of the previous process. Everyone has to ensure quality of the service or product they give to their customers.
  • Quality is the responsibility of all of us. Our aim is to prevent and destroy the problem at it's source, not only solving the problem,
  • We declare and undertake that, we will comply with all requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Standards including legal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
  • We will continuosly support the training activities for all employees.
  • Quality Management Department will be completely independent.
  • Our aim is to approach '0 (zero)' error and ensure %100 customer satistaction.

 

OUR QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PRINCIPLES:

Eight quality management principles have been adopted by the senior management in order to direct the company towards improved performance.

A) Customer Focus:

Organisations are customer-driven. Therefore, we are willing to meet the customers' current and future needs and even exceed the customers' expectations.

B) Leadership:

All team and process leaders formed administration structure of the company. An interior environment with their full participation should be established and maintained to achieve the company objectives.

C) Employee Involvement:

All individuals are essence of the organisation and their full participation ensures usage of their abilility for benefits of the organisation.

D) Process Approach:

A desired result is obtained more efficiently when the activities and related resources are managed as a process. 

E) Systems Approach to Management:

Defining and understanding related processes as a system contribute to effectiveness and efficiency of the organisation to achieve objectives.

F) Continual Improvement:

Continuos improvement of the organisations's total performance should be continuos target of the organisation.

G) Factual Approach to Decision-Making:

Effective decisions are based on data analysis and information.  

H) Mutually Beneficial Supplier Relationships:

An organisation and it's suppliers are independent. A mutually beneficial relationship  reinforces the ability of both to create added value.
